Getting organized is impossible! – But do this instead

by NathanShaw on March 16, 2008

I do hope you have read my 2007 articles about the modern realisation that getting organized is impossible to achieve in modern life.

Now I don’t mean it’s impossible to organize anything at all.  Sure you can organize an event. You can organize learning a new skill. You can organize a career project. You can organize your home (to an extent).

But what you must maintain is an efficient flexibility that gives permission for certain areas to be less organized and other areas (more important areas) to be more organized more of the time.

So if you have been, stop beating yourself about how disoragized your home is, your career is, or your life is.

You’re not living to keep things organized. Your living to create a life of fun, success, and satisfaction.

You only need to be organized enough so that you can achieve all those things.

So make good use of what I give you on the homepage about how to get organized now.  But please treat it with care, because you could get carried away with trying to organize every little area of your life, and we both know that’s now a waste of time.

PS. I just found itaggit which helps you showcase things you own, sell them, or just organize information about them.
