How to tidy up piles of paper and tasks
How to get organized query just received:
Its my paper work.
I can have one page in my hand then look at what should go with it, then I lose both of them.
I have lost money I don't have because if I am in pain real bad, or have to take a pain pill I forget what I did.
I don't forget anything I love-but I think I am going to have to stick my head in the sand, again. But NO, I have got to make myself do it. I have no personal interest, don't go anywhere-since I was injured in 2001.
I worry about my messes too much. It causes me so much stress and it is so stupid with the 6 things I have to do and can't. I ask anyone I see if they can helpĀ me. I did not know there are coach's.
With all the money I am losing I should be able to afford one-but what I have to do is get this stuff done. It is morning and I have looked at this stack for over 4 hours.
Didn't mean to run my mouth. Let me know what I can do, please.
Sincerely,
My response:
Are your papers labelled? Put yellow sticky notes on them and label them. Then write down a list of the 6 things you want to get done that day. Then make the decision to do the first one. Then move on to the second. If your papers are labelled it will be easy.
Let me know how you get on or clarify the situation so I can suggest more.
